As a small business and a one-person operation, it takes about 48 hours to process and prepare your order. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding as I work hard to ensure each order is carefully prepared for you.

Order & Pickup Information

All orders will be processed and made ready for pickup within 48 hours of receipt. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. The pickup address will be provided at checkout.

Please note the following pickup times:

  • Monday-Friday from 1 PM to 5 PM.

  • Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 11 AM.

Shipment Information

To prevent orders from sitting in the carrier warehouse over the weekend, we ONLY ship on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please note the following shipping schedule:

  • Orders placed Tuesday through Saturday before 5 PM will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM on Saturday through Monday will be shipped on Wednesday.
